PSHE.

Our vision for PSHE.

We want to support our children to:

Value and understand the importance of different family structures.

Feel supported  to understand, create and maintain positive friendships and relationships.

Develop safe and respectful relationships- understanding the importance of boundaries and consent.

Understand the changes that take place during puberty- children feel confident to ask and answer questions.

Promote good health and wellbeing and carry out first aid.

Learn to make independent choices and not be influenced by others

Operate safely in a digital world- become digitally responsible and digitally resilient.

Teachers use resources from Kapow https://www.kapowprimary.com/ and a variety of other resources from other providers such as: The NSPCC and Natwest money sense. All of our resources are adapted and personalised where needed.

We partake in special days to promote the importance of a range of issues and we regulalry encourage the chilxren to be courageous advocates.
